THURSDAY, JULY 23

Packet Pick-Up
Time: 
5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Location: Life Time Retail Store – 316 Harrison Ave
Set-Up Window: 3:30 PM – must be ready by 4:30 PM
Tear Down: Immediately after event concludes at 8:00 PM
Early packet pick-up is encouraged for athletes.


FRIDAY, JULY 24

Stage 1 Start
Time: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Location: Lake County Rodeo Grounds
Set-Up Window: 5:30 AM – must be ready by 6:30 AM
Tear-Down: Optional; brands may lower tents and remain set through the weekend
This window includes last-minute packet pickup, drop bag drop-off, and the Stage 1 start. Pre-race exposure to athletes.

Stage 1 Finish
Time: Approx. 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Location: Twin Lakes Dam
Set-Up Window: 10:00 AM – must be ready by 11:00 AM
Tear-Down: Optional; brands may lower tents and remain set through the weekend
Engage with athletes as they finish Stage 1 and await race shuttles. Great opportunity for recovery-focused or celebratory offerings.

Awards & Dinner

Time: 4:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Location: Lake County Rodeo Grounds
Set-Up Window: 2:30 PM – must be ready by 3:30 PM
Tear-Down: Optional; brands may lower tents and remain set through the weekend

Evening celebration with awards, food, and entertainment. Casual, festive environment for meaningful engagement.

SATURDAY, JULY 25

Stage 2 Start/Finish
Time: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Location: Twin Lakes Dam
Set-Up Window: 6:00 AM – must be ready by 7:00 AM
Tear-Down: Optional; brands may lower tents and remain set through the weekend
Stage 2 starts and finishes at the same location, creating a single-location activation opportunity with pre-/post-race touchpoints.

Awards & Dinner
Time: 4:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Location: Lake County Rodeo Grounds
Set-Up Window: 2:30 PM – must be ready by 3:30 PM
Tear-Down: Optional; brands may lower tents and remain set through the weekend
Evening celebration with awards, food, and entertainment. Another chance to connect with athletes post-race in a relaxed setting.

SUNDAY, JULY 26

Stage 3 Start
Time: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Location: Twin Lakes Dam
Set-Up Window: 5:30 AM – must be ready by 6:30 AM
Tear-Down: Immediately after race start at 9:00 AM
Final pre-race activation window as athletes arrive via shuttle and prep for the last stage.

Stage 3 Finish & Post-Race Celebration
Time: Approx. 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: Lake County Rodeo Grounds
Set-Up Window: 9:30 AM – must be ready by 10:30 AM
Tear-Down: Following awards ceremony around 4:00 PM
Close out the weekend with high visibility during the final finish line, post-race food, beer, music, and LT100 MTB coin drawing.

Activation Reminders:

  • Space is outdoors and uncovered. Please advise on any tables, weights, etc. you may need.
  • Power and internet are not available.
  • All activation plans must be pre-approved by your Life Time contact.

Sponsors who are sampling any prepared (not sealed) or temperature-controlled items in quantities larger than 2oz will need to submit the Public Health Form application at least 14 days prior to the event. The link to the application can be found below to review all the requirements. Please note, only one application must be submitted for the entire 2026 Leadville Race Series.

Space will be assigned by Life Time Staff based on contract requirements, power needs, and the products being displayed. All sponsors will receive confirmation of booth assignment prior to the event. Sponsors are not to activate outside of their assigned booth space. 

Sponsors are not to activate outside of their assigned booth space. Sponsor’s materials must fit within the assigned booth space and may not obstruct walkways, exits, general view, and other sponsors.

No handouts or flyers may be passed out or posted outside of the assigned booth space. This will be strictly enforced. Any special booth construction must be submitted for prior approval.

Management strictly prohibits subletting of booth space. This means that the only company permitted to activate within a specific booth space is the one that signed a contract with Life Time. Sponsors may not share their booth space or use their space for any other reason without prior written approval from Life Time.

Sponsors must remain open at all times during activation hours. The event weekend is non-exclusive event.

Products with the event logo, name, etc. may not be sold, displayed or distributed without prior written approval from Life Time. Management reserves the right to restrict and remove any product it deems objectionable (includes products, persons, objects, conduct, etc.) for health, safety or other reasons. This may include products in conflict with sponsors.

Life Time is not responsible for sponsor materials. Sponsors are responsible for securing all valuables. Life Time is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen property. Security is not provided at the event. Please have your booth staffed at all times.
