SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

FRIDAY, JUNE 14
• 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Load-in
• 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Packet pickup
• 8:00 p.m. Load-out

SATURDAY, JUNE 15
• 6:30 a.m. – 7:30 a.m. Finish Festival load-in and set-up
• 8:00 a.m. Race start
• 1:00 p.m. Heavy Half awards ceremony will take place at the start/finish 
• 5:00 p.m. Marathon awards ceremony will take place at the start/finish
• 5:30 p.m. Load out

Partners are able to access the venue for load-in on Poplar and 6th Street. A portion of 6th Street will be closed due to the start/finish set-up, right across from the 6th Street Gym. 

*Expo and finish festival are on pavement, so please bring your own weights. If you need to borrow weights, please connect with Sara. 

PARKING
Parking is available in back of the Leadville Race Series retail store (316 Harrison Ave.) or street parking throughout downtown Leadville. Note posted parking time limits. You will be ticketed! Please be courteous of local residents.

Booth supplies such as tents, tablecloths, samples, etc. may be shipped to the race warehouse in advance or brought directly to the race venue by the sponsor. Note that large shipment/pallets require a lift gate.

If materials MUST be shipped in advance to the race, they must arrive at the Leadville warehouse no later than June 10.

GOODIE BAG
Items to be placed in the Athlete Goodie Bag must be mailed to the following address no later than May 31. 
Quantity: 1,500
If shipping paper or postcard, please ensure insert is no larger than 10Hx9W.

SELLING PRODUCT

If you are selling product at your booth space, you MUST complete a Leadville Business License Form. Click to download: 2019 Business License Application. Life Time will pay the fee on our vendors’ behalf. If a Business License is not complete in advance of the event, you will not be permitted to sell. 

If you are selling product at your booth space, you are responsible to pay State and Lake County tax:

  • If you already have a CO state sales tax number, please fill out the following document to complete your Lake County Sales Tax Application and include your state sales tax number, note as “Sales Tax Special Events Sales Tax Return.” Click to download: County Sales Tax Application.
  • If you do not have a CO state sales tax number, please fill out an online application via the Department of Revenue or in-person in Denver. 

PLEASE EMAIL YOUR COMPLETED BUSINESS LICENSE FORM TO SARA MAHAN AT SMAHAN@LT.LIFE. SHE WILL TURN FORMS INTO THE CITY OF LEADVILLE COLLECTIVELY. 

SAMPLING FOOD & BEVERAGE

If you are sampling food and/or beverage, you are required to complete THIS DOCUMENT, which is a Lake County Temporary Food Event Vendor Application. A fee is not required if you are sampling only. 

SELLING FOOD & BEVERAGE

If you are selling food and/or beverage, you are required to complete THIS DOCUMENT, which is the same as above – a Lake County Temporary Food Event Vendor Application. Note that there is a fee for selling food and/or beverage, which can be paid directly to the Lake County Health Department. 

If you are selling or sampling food and/or beverages and are already licensed in the state of Colorado, please send me a copy of your Colorado Retail Food Establishment License and complete page one in the Lake County Temporary Food Event Vendor Application. 

PLEASE MAIL OR EMAIL YOUR COMPLETED APPLICATION DIRECTLY TO THE LAKE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT. EMAIL TO JACKIE AT jlittlepage@co.lake.co.us OR THE MAILING ADDRESS AT THE TOP OF THE APPLICATION. 

RESERVATION FORM – DUE MAY 31, 2019

All sponsors must be self-sufficient in regards to set-up and booth space materials (tents, tables, chairs, weights, etc.).

Note: Life Time is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please have your booth staffed at all times.
